Raphael Park Rovers JFC
All players, parents, spectators, match officials, club officials and coaches abide by and adhere to the club's Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct is a set of standards used to ensure good practice, as your behaviour could influence children and how they behave on and off the pitch.
As adults involved in junior football we should remember:
Be aware that children are not mini adults
Don't focus on criticising mistakes in performance or in ability
Do concentrate on a player's effort and give positive feedback
Do ask the players how they think they did, rather than making assumptions about their performance
Do look for the positives wherever and whenever you can
Always give plenty of praise and encouragement
